高校公共体育“一专一辅”教学模式研究

通过对高校公共体育教学现状调查与分析,指出教学中存在的问题主要是经济高速发展与学生对社会不适应和教学模式落后等.通过论述高校公共体育"一专一辅"教学模式的可行性,对课程进行设置,形成专辅结合的教学模式.旨在不改变高校公共体育选项课的情况下,优化教学内容、手段和方法,与社会实际发展需要相结合,全面培养和发展学生身心素质.

By investigating and analyzing the current situation of the public physical education in universities, this essay aims at finding the current problems in teaching： Namely they are student＇s unfitness, the backwardness of the teaching mode and so on. We will discuss the practicability of ＂A special and an auxiliary project＂ teaching mode of the public physical education, improve the courses. This mode optimizes the teaching contents and methods, enables the courses cater for the practical development of the society and thus cultivates student＇s physical and mental health in an all-round way.
