摘要
用旋转高斯曲面体热源模拟激光束作用、双椭球热源模拟TIG电弧作用,建立了激光-TIG复合焊接的有限元模型。基于建立的热源模型对厚3mm TC4钛合金板材的激光焊、TIG焊、激光-TIG复合焊接的温度场和应力场进行耦合分析,比较了焊接过程中工件的温度场和残余应力分布。结果表明:TC4钛合金激光焊接变形和残余应力实验结果与数值计算值吻合较好,证明了该组合热源模型的适用性。
A three dimensional FEM model was put forward for the laser-TIG hybrid welding, the heat source model combined two heat sources was established in this paper, in which the model of laser welding was Gaussian volume heat source and the model of TIG arc was double ellipsoid volume heat source. Based on the model established, the temperature and residual stress distributions of TC4 alloy plate with thick 3 mm for the laser welding, the TIG welding and the laser-TIG hybrid welding were calculated and compared. The results showed that the simulation results were well agreed with the experimental results, which proved that the heat transfer model was more close to physical reality.
