补肾调周法对IVF-ET的干预及其结局的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究补肾调周法干预体外受精-胚胎移植技术(IVF-ET)可行性和有效性。探讨补肾调周法提高IVF-ET成功率的价值及意义。方法将160例接受IVF-ET的患者随机分为观察组(80例)和对照组(80例),对照组采用江苏省人民医院生殖中心常规方案,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上运用补肾调周法进行中药干预,观察2组患者子宫内膜厚度、获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎率、生化妊娠率和临床妊娠率。结果经补肾调周法干预后,观察组可以极显著提高患者子宫内膜的厚度(P<0.01)及受精率(P<0.01);而且在提高获卵数、优质胚胎率及最终提高临床妊娠率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾调周法可以促进患者排卵数、增加子宫内膜厚度,提高受精率及优质胚胎率,辅助胚胎着床,进行安胎,提高临床妊娠率。 OBJECTIVE To study Bushen Tiaozhou method and its intervetion in the feasibility and effectiveness of IVF-ET.To explore its value of improving IVF-ET success rate.METHODS 160 IVF-ET patients were randomly divided into observation group(80 cases) and control group(80 cases).Patients in control group were given regular treatment from Clinical Reproductive Medical Center of Jiangsu Province People's Hospital and patients in observation groups were given extra Bushen Tiaozhou Method.The endometrial thickness,number of oocytes,fertilization rate,good embryo rate,biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate were observed two weeks later.RESULTS After Bushen Tiaozhou method,the endometrial thickness,number of oocytes,fertilization rate,good embryo rate,biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate were significantly changed,especially the endometrial thickness(P0.01) and fertilization rate(P0.01).It also significantly improved number of oocytes,good embryo rate,final clinical pregnancy rate,compared to the control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION Bushen Tiaozhou method can promote ovulation number,increase endometrial thickness,improve fertilization rates and quality embryo rate,assist embryo implantation tocolysis and improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
