雷公藤多苷对慢性肾炎的作用机制研究

Study of the mechanism of Radix Tripterygii Wilfordii glycosides on chronic nephritis

目的探讨雷公藤多苷治疗慢性肾炎大鼠的作用机制。方法采用C-BSA肾炎大鼠模型,将SD大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、肾炎康复片组、雷公藤多苷15、7.5、3.75mg/kg剂量组。观察雷公藤多苷对慢性肾炎大鼠的尿蛋白、血清中BUN、Cr、TNF?α、IL-1、IL-6的含量。结果雷公藤多苷能够有效地降低尿蛋白、血清中BUN、Cr、TNF?α、IL-1、IL-6的含量,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论雷公藤多苷对慢性肾炎大鼠具有一定的保护作用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the mechanism of Radix Tripterygii Wilfordii glycosides on chronic nephritis rats.METHODS C-BSA nephritis model rats were created,and SD rats were divided into the normal control group,model group,ShenyanKangfu tablet group,Radix Tripterygii Wilfordii glycosides of 15 mg/kg,7.5 mg/kg,and 3.75 mg/kg dose groups,to observe Radix Tripterygii Wilfordii glycosides＇ effects on the content of BUN,Cr,TNF-α,IL-1,and IL-6 in chronic nephritis rats＇ urinary protein and blood serum.RESULTS As testified to the significant differences（P0.05,P0.01） between the experiment results of the model group and that of the other groups,Radix Tripterygii Wilfordii glycosides could effectively reduce the content of BUN,Cr,TNF-α,IL-1,and IL-6 in urinary protein and blood serum（P0.05,P0.01）.CONCLUSION Radix Tripterygii Wilfordii glycosides is effective on chronic nephritis.
