摘要
"十一五"期间,通过国家示范项目的建设和运营,我国现代煤化工产业基本成型,其发展水平已处于国际领先地位。然而,近年来一些地方政府和企业纷纷在煤炭资源产地掀起了现代煤化工项目建设的热潮,并已出现无序发展的势头,为此国家陆续出台多项政策严格限制其盲目发展。本文通过分析总结示范项目建设运营中的成果和不足,就"十二五"期间我国现代煤化工产业该如何健康可持续发展,提出了八点可行性建议。
During the period of ＂1 lth Five-Year Plan＂, China＇ s Modern coal chemical industry has been basically built and is leading the charge in- ternationally, based on the construction and operation of national demonstration projects. However,the development of industry is overheating re- cently as too many programs have been constructed without serious consideration. Therefore, central government has been struggling to limit thi~ blind development strictly with a series of policies. In this paper, the author put forward 8 suggestions to promote all-round, healthy and sustain- able development in China＇s modern coal chemical industry during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period.
