介绍了1978年全国科技大会召开以来我国科技成果奖励工作的进展情况及铁道部科技奖励工作所取得的成绩,阐述了铁道部科技进步奖工作面临的新形势,并对铁道部科技成果奖励制度的改革提出了初步设想。

The awarding work of scientific and technological achievements on Chinese raiwlays has progressed since 1978. The achievements gained in the awarding work are introduced in the paper. At present a new situation is facing the awarding work and some initial ideas in reform of the awarding work are put forward.
