摘要 加强科技创新,运用先进的计算机网络技术,建设铁路客票发售和预订系统,是我国铁路客运的重大改革,取得了科技攻关重大成果。系统直接为客票发售与客运管理服务,提高了铁路客运服务质量和市场竞争力,获得了巨大的社会效益和经济效益。 Great achievements in tackling key problems of science and technology are made due to the important reform of railway passenger transport in China by the strengthening of scientific and technological innovation application of advanced computer network technology and construction of the railway passenger ticket selling and booking systems. The systems, serving directly the passenger ticket selling and passenger transport management, have raised the service quality and market competitiveness of railway passenger transport and achieved immense social and economic benefits.
