ICP-MS法测定地沟油中某些微量元素含量

Determination of Some Trace Elements in Hogwash Oil by ICP-MS

以微波消解法作为样品前处理方法,采用ICP-MS法测定了地沟油中Pb、As、Cd等金属离子的含量。该方法对地沟油中各元素的检出限分别为:Pb 0.027μg.L-1,As 0.037μg.L-1,Cd 0.024μg.L-1,Co 0.038μg.L-1,Cu 0.039μg.L-1,Cr 0.011μg.L-1,Zn 0.12μg.L-1,Ni 0.069μg.L-1。根据所建立的方法,分析了自制地沟油样品,用加标回收的方法评价了该方法的准确性,回收率在92.1%-108.5%之间,所得结果可为食用油的质量控制提供一定的参考。

Using the microwave digestion as sample pretreatment, the contents of some trace elements such as Pb, As, and Cd in hogwash oil were determined by ICP - MS. The detection limits of these elements were 0. 027μg·L-1 for Pb, 0.037μg·L-1 for As, 0.024μg·L-1 for Cd, 0.038μg·L-1 for Co, 0. 039μg·L-1 for Cu, 0. 011μg·L-1 for Cr, 0. 12μg·L-1 for Zn, and 0. 069μg·L-1 for Ni, respectively. The present method has been applied to determine the contents of above elements in homemade hogwash oil with satisfactory results. The recoveries were 92.1% - 108.5%. This study was valuable for the quality control of edible oil.
