摘要
余甘子作为药食两用的传统习用民族药物,营养、药效物质明确,安全性高,药理作用广泛,对病原微生物、肿瘤有良好的抑制作用,能抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗衰老,同时能提高免疫,保护肝脏及心脑血管健康等。该文通过对余甘子化学成分、药理作用的梳理,为余甘子的深入研发奠定基础。
Phyllanthus emblica, as a traditional both medicine and food, has clear and definite nutrition and medical effect, inhibitory action to pathogenic microorganism, and also enjoys anti - oxidation, anti - fatigue, anti - aging, and improving immunization. This paper is to analyze its chemical compositions and pharmacology, expecting to establish some basis for its further research and development.
