摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展和社会的进步,新形势下的国防建设对军队院校的教育培养方式提出了更高更新的要求,新时期的军队干部需要深厚的理论功底与自主学习的能力。其中教学资源库是实现教育现代化的重要基础,该文从军队院校的实际情况出发,探讨了建设军队院校教学资源库的具体内容、原则和方法。
With the extraordinarily rapid development of information technology and the progress of society, a higher and newer demand for education in the military academies arises at this historic moment due to the new situation of national defense construction. And the military cadres are required to acquire profound theoretical knowledge and self - learning ability. Moreover, the teaching resource database is the important foundation of the educational modemization. With the analysis of the actual situation in military academies, this dissertation discusses the specific contents, the principles and the methods about the construction of the teaching resource databases.
