摘要
该文通过引入单位河长传播时间的概念,建立单位河长Q^t关系,确定了流量与传播时间关系曲线的基本形式。通过历史资料建立Q^T关系的上包线和下包线,给定洪水传播时间的取值范围,从而提高洪水传播时间的预报精度。
By introducing the concept of unit river long propagation time in this paper, establishing the unit river long Q-t relation, determining the basic form of curve about flow and communication time relationship. According to the historical data to establish the upper envelope and bag line of the Q-T relation, given the value range of flood propagation time, thereby improving the forecasting precision of flood propagation time.
