河北省引黄输水河段水文特性分析

Hydrology Characteristic Analysis of Water Supply from the Yellow River in Hebei Province

河北省属严重的资源型缺水省份,特别是海河南系黑龙港及运东地区,是缺水最为严重的区域。20世纪90年代以来,该地区先后实施了多次引黄跨流域调水,以缓解天津市、河北省黑龙港及运东地区工农业、城市生活及生态缺水问题。分析引黄输水河段影响水位流量关系的主要影响因素、水流传播特征、泥沙运动特征等水文特性,可为今后引黄输水调度、水资源合理配置及工程规划建设提供重要技术参考。

Hebei province belongs to the serious resource-based water shortage, especially the Black dragon port in the south system of Hai River and Yundong area is the most serious water shortage area. Since the 1990 s, the region has car- ried out many times water transfer that across the Yellow River basin to alleviate the water shortage of industrial and agri- cultural, city life and ecological in Tianjin, Hebei province Black dragon port and Yundong area. Analyzing the main factors that influence the water stage and flow of water supply from the Yellow River and the hydrological characteristics of water propagation characteristic and sediment movement characteristics, it provides important technical reference to reasonable allocation of water resources and the project planning and construction.
