精密过滤器减轻氯化钾致疼痛和静脉炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of precision filters reduce pain and phlebitis induced by potasium chloride

目的:研究精密过滤器在减轻氯化钾所致疼痛及静脉炎中的作用。方法:将100例应用氯化钾静脉注射泵患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组应用普通微量泵延长管加去静电膜精密过滤器,对照组应用普通微量泵延长管,观察两组患者疼痛和静脉炎发生率。结果:观察组疼痛发生率、静脉炎发生率及静脉炎程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用精密过滤器可有效降低氯化钾引起的疼痛和静脉炎的发生率。

Objective ：To study the effection of precision filter to reduce the pain and phlebitis caused by potassium chloride. Metheds ： 100 cases of patients application of potassium chloride with intravenous injection pump were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）, observation group used ordinary micro pump extension tube coupled to membrance electrostatic precision, and the control group used ordinary pump extending pipe ,observed the incidence of pain and phlebitis of two groups patients. Results：Pain and phlebitis incidence and degree of observation group was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The precision filter could effectively reduced the pain and phlebitis incidence caused by po tassium choride,it was worthy of clinical promotion and applied.
