浅析技工学校导游人才培养现状

在我国产业转型的新形势下,服务类技能型人才培养越来越受重视。越来越多的技工学校开始或已经设置了饭店与旅游专业(导游方向),但目前技工学校导游人才培养过程中出现了三大问题,一是培养目标错位,二是课程设置不合理,三是校企合作遇瓶颈,导致的原因可归结为考证制度的不合理,最后提出如何体现技工学校技能性特点的导游人才培养对策,旨在为处于起步阶段的技工学校导游人才培养的职业教育提供参考。

In industrial transformation of our country, the skilled talent cultivation has been paid more and more attention to. More technical shools begin or have offered speciality of hotel or tourism （tour guide）. However, there exists the problems in talent- cultivation of tour guide in technical schools, including the dislocation of cultivation goal, the irrational courses offering and the bottleneck of cooperation between the technical shool and enterprises.
