血管外渗探测技术预防MSCT增强扫描中造影剂渗漏的效果观察

Effect of precaution methods against contrast agent leakage using extravasation detection technology

目的:探讨血管外渗探测技术在多层螺旋CT(MSCT)增强扫描中的应用价值。方法:将13334例CT增强扫描患者按时间先后分为对照组832例和实验组12502例,对照组常规采用静脉套管针穿刺,实验组在采用静脉套管针的基础上均应用血管外渗探测技术,比较2组患者造影剂渗漏情况。结果:对照组轻度渗漏5例,重度3例;实验组轻度渗漏25例。2组患者局部渗漏发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(x2=15.372,P<0.01)。结论:应用血管外渗探测技术能有效减少造影剂渗漏的发生及减轻渗漏的严重程度。

Objective：To investigate the cause for contrast agent leakage and the relative precaution methods on CT enhancement scanning.Methods：13334 patients who underwent CT enhancement scanning were divided into two groups including the control group（n=832） and the observation group（n=12502）.The control group was given contrast media with the intravenous trocar equipment,while the study group was given contrast media with the intravenous trocar equipment and the vascular leakage detection accessories,the difference of contrast agent leakage was statistically analyzed between two groups.Results：The incidence of contrast agent leakage in the mild and severe degree were 0.60% and 0.36% respectively in the control group.While in the study group,only 0.19% media.The difference in contrast media leakage between the two groups was statistically significant（x 2 =15.372,p0.01）.Conclusion：Extravasation detection technology can effectively reduce the probability of the leakage as well as the leakage degree.
