Design of intelligent management system for blood purification therapy center

目的:针对当前血液透析中心管理存在的病历记录不清晰、患者管理不规范等问题,提出血液透析中心信息系统的解决方案。方法:智能管理系统遵循医院血液透析中心的临床业务流程,从对患者的管理、透析日程准备及患者治疗排班等不同环节对血液透析治疗进行管理和监控。结果:智能管理系统的综合运用,实现了透析治疗过程管理信息化的实时监控,为医护人员及时诊断病情、制定优良的医疗方案提供了很好的支持和帮助。结论:血液透析信息管理系统的设计与开发有效地提高了工作效率、医疗质量和管理水平。

Objective：In view of the dialysis center management problems current,such as medical records of patients is not clear,and the management is not standardized,we have raised the solution of blood dialysis center information system.Methods：The system follows the hospital hemodialysis center clinical business processes.It has a management and monitoring on hemodialysis treatment from different links such as management of patients,dialysis schedule preparation and treatment scheduling of patients.Results：intelligent management system of comprehensive utilization,realize the dialysis treatment process of informationization management the real-time monitoring,for medical personnel timely diagnosis condition of great medical scheme formulated provides a good support and the help.Conclusion：Design and development of blood dialysis information management system,effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of medical treatment and management level.
