医院大型医疗设备的安装与验收

In stallation and checking of large medical equipment

目的:探讨大型医疗设备安装与验收工作的合理化流程,建立规范化安装验收体系。方法:结合医院设备科近年来医疗装备管理工作的实际,将大型医疗设备安装验收工作分为合同准备、场地准备、到货准备、安装调试、设备验收5个环节,规范安装验收全过程。结果:通过制度化与流程化建设,提高了大型医疗装备安装与验收工作的效率和质量。结论:大型医疗设备制度化和流程化管理有助于医疗设备的功能得到充分的发挥、医院的经济效益和社会效益得以保障。

Objective：To investigate the proper procedure of the installation and checking for the large medical equipment.Method：According to the management working experience at equipment department in the last 4 years,the installation-checking flow chart is divided into five steps,contract preparation,site preparation,arriving preparation,installation and checking,which aims to establish the standard and regulated installation-checking system based on the analysis.Results：with the institutionalization and flow management founded,efficiency and quality of the installation-checking for the large medical equipment is dramatically enhanced.Conclusion：institutionalization and flow management of large medical equipment will benefit the equipment function and guarantee hospital＇s profit.
