滁州市琅琊山明党参可溶性多糖分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Extraction Process of SolublePolysaccharides in Changium Smyrnioides in Chuzhou Langya Mountains

摘要 分别采用苯酚-硫酸法测定了采自滁州市琅琊山的明党参根及茎叶、药房购买的明党参和参照物党参中可溶性总糖含量、还原性多糖含量;利用薄层层析法定性分析了琅琊山明党参和药房购买的明党参多糖组成。结果表明,琅琊山明党参根中的可溶性总糖含量为4.07%,还原性多糖含量为4.58%。而药房购买的明党参中可溶性总糖含量达到了8.18%,还原性多糖含量为9.24%。利用优化后的展开剂正丁醇-异丙醇-乙酸-水(7:5:2:2)展层测定出琅琊山明党参根的样品中除了半乳糖外应该还含有分子量大于半乳糖的未知的糖,而购买的样品中除了麦芽糖和半乳糖外还含有分子量大于半乳糖的糖类。 Phenol hydrate--sulfuric was used to determine the soluble polysaccharide and reductive poly- saccharides in the root and stem of Changium smyrnioide collected from the Langya mountains in chuzhou and Changium smyrnioides and Radix Codonopsis bought from pharmacy. By using thin chromatography to analyse polysaccharide component quantitative in the Langya mountains and Changium smyrnioides from pharmacy, the results showed that the content of soluble polysaccharides of Changium smyrnioides from Langya mountains is 3. 075 %, the content of reductive polysaccharide is 4. 585 0%. The same content of the Changium smyrnioides from pharmacy respectively is 8. 18% and 9. 24%. Quantitative determination results showed that the polysaccharides mainly composed of the polysaccharide maltose, half lactose and some unknown sugar exist in Changium Smyrnioides from Langya mountains and the ones bought from pharmacy.
