江苏省竞技体育可持续发展路径探究

Exploring the Sustainable Development Method for Competitive Sports in Jiangsu Province

运用文献资料、问卷调查和专家访谈等方法,对江苏竞技体育发展现状进行分析,提出完善运动员的保障制度、拓宽后备人才培养渠道、提升教练员的综合实力、提升体育公共服务水平和大力发展体育产业等方面是实现江苏竞技体育的可持续发展的重要举措,具有一定的积极意义。

Based on documentation, questionnaire investigation and analysis, the current status of surveys, interviews with experts and other methods of competitive sports development in Jiangsu province is discussed. Then some important measures are proposed for the sustainable development of competitive sports in Jiangsu province, which includes five aspects： perfecting security regulations for athletes, expanding training channels for reserve talents, improving the comprehensive ability of the coaches, vigorously developing the sports industry, and raising the overall level of public sports services. Finally the article points out that these suggestions have some positive significance for the sustainable development of competitive sports in Jiangsu province.
