涤纶织物的克重对透湿性能的影响研究

On the Influence of Polyester Fabrics Weight on Moisture Permeability

选用透湿量作为涤纶织物透湿性能的评价指标,采用透湿杯法对不同克重的涤纶织物进行透湿性实验,并通过对实验数据的统计分析,探讨涤纶织物的透湿性能随织物克重的变化规律,建立了涤纶织物克重与织物透湿性能之间的回归预测模型公式,为合理设计涤纶织物提供理论依据。

The permeability amount has been taken as the evaluation index of the permeability of polyester fab- rics. The permeability-cup method has been used to test the moisture permeability of polyester fabrics with dif- ferent weight. Based on the statistical analysis of the experimental data, this paper discusses the rule that the permeability changes with the change of fabrics weight, sets up a regression prediction model between polyester fabrics weight and fabrics permeability, which provides theoretical basis for the reasonable design of polyester fabrics.
