摘要
通过对OEM模式下的企业现有的设计决策系统的分析,进行优势和劣势比较、机遇和威胁比较,探讨转型升级后企业设计决策系统构建策略以及该系统的运行模式。
By analyzing the present design decision system under the OEM mode in enterprises, this paper compares the advantages and the disadvantages, the opportunity and the threats, and discusses the strategies of constructing the design decision system after the transformation and upgrading of the enterprises and the sys- tem running mode.
