新疆高校加强发展少数民族大学生党员工作的思考

Thinking of Strengthening the Development of the Party Members of Minority College Students in Xinjiang Universities

目前新疆高校十分重视大学生党员发展工作,但在少数民族大学生党员发展工作中仍然存在着一些亟待解决的问题。大力发展少数民族大学生党员,对于维护新疆稳定和民族团结、加强大学生思想政治教育、培养少数民族干部、促进新疆和谐发展有着十分重要的战略意义。着重分析了现今在发展少数民族大学生党员工作中存在的若干问题,并对如何加强少数民族大学生党员发展工作提出了建议。

Nowadays, Xinjiang universities attach great importance to the development of party members of college students, but there are still some problems to be solved. Vigorously develop the party members of minority college students has a very important strategic significance of maintaining Xinjiang＇s stability and national unity, strengthening ideological and political education, training ethnic minority cadres, and promoting the harmonious development in Xinjiang. This article focuses on a number of issues that exist in the development of party members work of minority college students today, and then puts forward the recommendations to strengthen the development of party members of minority college students.
