关于节地广场的思考

摘要 在迅猛推进中国城市化的今天,土地资源的最有效利用变得十分重要。广场作为城市必不可少的公共空间之一,必须研究节约用地问题,才能真正使城市朝着可持续发展方向前进。论文把城市广场节约用地提升到理论阶段来考量,笔者认为,节地广场非简单的控制广场面积,而是在保证广场的生态效应和市民休闲功能基础上,对广场与其周边建筑空间进行整合,增加同等土地面积下的实用空间,寻求广场功能多样化,从而提高土地开发强度,提高城市空间效率与效益,使广场、建筑和人形成良好互动关系。节地广场可以概括为4种类型:地下空间广场,灰空间广场,屋顶广场和建筑内广场。 In promoting the rapid urbanization in China today, the land of the most effective use of resources become important. City plaza as one of the essential public space, we must study the economic use of land issues, so urban can truly sustainable development in the right direction.In this paper, the plaza, economical use of land to enhance the theoretical stage of consideration, recalled since ancient times in the square and its problems on the basis of a variety of "efficient-landuse-plaza,the personality and characteristics of the "efficient landuse" and organic life all kinds of relationsinthefuture, "efficient-landuse-plaza'developmentofaboldprediction.Mainlyonthe "efficient-landuse-plaza",acomprehensive analysis. Efficient-landuse-plaza is given to the definition and meaning. Efficient-landuse-plaza is not a simple control square area, but in ensuring the green square and the ecological effects of recreational use of public functions on the basis of the plaza building and its integration space, land development so as to enthance strength, to increase the same area of land available architectural space, the plaza building and create a good interactive relationship between space and seek plaza functional diversification of land use in order to increase efficiency and output efficiency, the only way to the square called the efficient-landuse-plaza. Efficientlanduse-plaza can be summed up in four types: type oftmderground space in the square, gray space square, and construction of the roof square plaza.
