Only if all involved content get overall stipulated in negotiation;and coverage of rate,clause as well as calculation method of relevant expense are specified in contracting stage,can advantages be maximized as for lump sum contracts;then accordingly,the cost can be limited within client's budget,meanwhile project execution and profit of both parties under the contract can be optimized.
