摘要
从分析工程造价难以控制开始,论述限额设计的内涵和工作流程,提出总承包单位限额设计管理流程,并给出工业项目土建限额设计管理的具体措施,对相关工程造价管理会有一些帮助。
Starting from the analysis of engineering cost control is quite difficult, connotation and working process of Quota Design is discussed. Quota Design management process of general contract unit is put forward, also give out Quota Design management in civil engineering of industry project. Some valuable information is acquired for relative construction cost management.
