摘要
EPC工程总承包近几年在我国发展很快,从无到有,积累了一定的经验。但是,在EPC实施过程中有待进一步提高和探讨与完善。论文结合工程实例,浅谈EPC工程总承包总合同与技术协议签订时应注意的问题。
The combination of EPC contracting in recent years in China＇s development of the EPC from scratch, indeed accumulated a certain amount of experience. Has been considerable development. However, in the EPC implementation process, there are still a lot to be further improved and explore and improve. In this paper an engineering example, on the EPC contracting contracts and technical agreement signed should pay attention to the problem.
