摘要
研究了喷射悬浮孕育工艺对灰铸铁石墨形态、基体组织和力学性能的影响.结果 表明:采用喷射悬浮孕育处理的效果好于常规冲入法的孕育效果.其石墨尺寸变小,级别 提高,基体细化程度增加,力学性能提高.孕育剂加入量一定时,粒度的大小对孕育效果 有明显的影响,而孕育剂粒度一定时,随着孕育剂加入量的增加,孕育效果增大.
Influence of spraying suspended inoculation process was investigated on the microstructure,graphite shape and she, and mechanical property of gray cast iron. It is found that the matrix and the graphite size are finer and then the mechanical property is increased for the testing gray cast iron through spraying inoculation compared to normal pouring inoculation. Increasing of inoculation agent size at the same amount and increasing of the inoculation agent amount at the same she can enhance the effect of graphite nucleation sites and modify the matrix microstructure of the gray cast iron.
