Investigate on Standardization Breeding and Raising of Beef Cattle in Shaanxi Province

[目的]调查陕西省肉牛标准化养殖的现状、相关政策制定及执行情况,提出陕西肉牛标准化养殖的建议,为政府制定有关肉牛养殖扶持政策提供依据。[方法]采取实际走访与座谈交流、典型调查与抽样调查相结合的方式进行。[结果]通过调研掌握了肉牛标准化养殖的用地政策、企业登记及肉牛防疫合格证制度、环保政策及粪污处理制度、政府扶持政策、养殖保险、农机补贴等相关政策及执行情况。[结论]提出了促进陕西省肉牛标准化发展的对策建议。

[Objective]The status of beef cattle standardized breeding and raising, the formulation and implementation of relevant policies in Shaanxi Province were obtained. The recommendations of beef cattle standardized breeding and raisi breeding policy of the ministry ng were pu of agricult t U forward, whick would provide basis for formulating beef cattle re. [Method]The ways of actual exchange of visits and discussions, typical investigation and sampling survey combined were taken. [ResultlBeef cattle standardized farming land policy, corporate registration and beef cattle epidemic prevention certificate system, environmental policy and waste treatment system, government support policies, beef cattle insurance policies and agricultural subsidies were obtained. [Conclusion]Recommendations to promote the development of beef standardization in Shaanxi province were put forward.
