高等中医药院校护理学专业与学科一体化建设的思考与实践

Construction of specialty of nursing and discipline integration in Chinese medicine universities

专业以学科为基础,学科以专业为载体。专业建设侧重于教学,学科建设侧重于科学研究,专业建设与学科建设在本质上存在一种协同共生关系。树立专业与学科一体化建设理念,以专业建设带动学科建设,以学科建设引领专业建设。结合北京中医药大学护理学科建设实践,论述了实现高等中医药院校护理学专业及学科建设跨越式发展的策略。

Specialty is based on discipline,and discipline takes specialty as a carrier.Specialty construction focuses on teaching,while discipline construction pays more attention to scientific research.There is a mutual supportive and synergetic relationship between specialty construction and discipline construction.The idea of integration of specialty and discipline should be set up.Specialty construction will promote discipline construction and discipline construction will lead specialty construction.The paper discussed a strategy for achieving leap development in the construction of nursing specialty and discipline in TCM universities based on the practice of nursing specialty construction in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
