西部河谷型城市交通拥堵治理对策研究——以达州市中心城区为例

Research on Traffic Congestion Governance of Valley-City in West China A Case Study of Urban Centre Districts of Dazhou

西部河谷型城市由于特殊地形条件约束、城市规划等原因,城区交通拥堵现象突出。随着城市规模的不断扩张,功能的持续强化,城市空间的连续拓展,急剧增长的人口数量和车流量也给河谷型城市增添了巨大的交通压力。以川东典型河谷型城市达州为例,研究其特殊地形条件和城市发展需求,分析当前城市交通拥堵状况及其特征与归因,探讨河谷型城市交通拥堵治理的策略选择。

Because of the special terrain conditions, city planning, urban traffic congestion phenomenon highlights a west valley city. With unceasing expansion of the city scale and the strengthening of function, the rapid growth of population and traffic flow to the valley city add enormous traffic pressure. Taking Dazhou as an example, through the study of the special terrain condition and the need of city development, analysis of the current city traffic congestion and its characteristics and causes, the valley city＇s traffic congestion governance strategy choice is discussed.
