摘要
学生评教是高校教学质量监控的重要手段之一,已在国内高校实施多年。然而随着时间的推移,其功能发挥愈发乏力,甚至在实施过程中流于形式,渐失应有的功能。从经济学视角对评教过程中的师生关系进行分析,对评教博弈模型的建立和分析得出纳什均衡,揭示当前评教制度失效的本质原因,并分析了策略空间,提出了解决当前评教困境的有效途径,以提高评教结果的可靠性和有效性。
The student appraisal of teaching is a very important method of college teaching quality monitoring, and for many years of implementing in China .already. However, as time passes, its function has weakness; even it becomes a mere formality in the process of implementing and gradually lost its function. From tire perspective of economic, the relationship between teacher and student in the appraisal of teaching is analyzed, and the essential reason of the current appraisal of teaching system failure is re- vealed by establishing the game model of appraisal of teaching and the Nash Equilibrium of the game model is analyzed. Besides, an effective way to solve the trouble of the current appraisal of teaching is by analyzing the strategies in order to improve tire relia- bility and effectiveness of the appraisal of teaching results is proposed.
