建国后中日关系的发展与思考

Thinking about Development of Sino-Japanese Relations after Establishment of New China

研究中日两国建立外交关系的发展历程,目的是对过去经验的总结以及历史遗留问题的进一步探析,对中日处理新旧摩擦具有借鉴意义。以中国1949年建国后为起点,围绕国际国内政治格局变化,中日两国关系的发展可分为敌对冷战时期、恢复邦交与正常化时期、友好互助发展时期、曲折前进时期四个阶段。并提出发展舆论宣传、正确看待两国历史问题、扩大中国对外宣传口径、加强中日之间政治互信的具体建议。

Research to establish diplomatic relations between the China and Japan is the development course of the past experi- ence summary and problems left over by history of the nearly step. To deal with the old and new friction between ＇relationship of china and Japan is significant. The establishment of new China in 1949 was a starting point. Around the international and domes- tic political patterns of change, the two countries underwent stages of hostility during the cold war, recovery normalization of dip- lomatic relations, friendly mutual development and difficult progress. Advice is given： development of publicity, a correct view of historical issues between the two countries, expanding China＇s foreign propaganda and strengthening political trust between China and Japan.
