Endogenous Regional Development: Regional Collaborative Network

区域社会经济怎样良好和持续的发展,是世界各国十分关注的话题。在欧洲,新的观点认为调动一个地区内的社会资源及构建区域内的协作网络,对地区持续性的发展有很重要的作用。在此基础上,各国相继展开了内生式发展的理论和实证研究工作。本文从发展的广义角度出发,介绍当前欧洲内生式发展思想再次出现的主要时代社会背景、理论发展现状及其主要观点。

How to keep the good and sustainable development of regional social-economy is a great concern of worldwide. In Europe, the new viewpoint is that it is essential for regional sustainable development to mobilize the social resources and build up the collaborative networks within a region. On the basis of that, European countries have started the theoretical and empirical research of the endogenous development in succession. Applying the broad view of development, this article aims to introduce the brief social background of current thinking on endogenous development which emerged in Europe once again, as well as the present situation of theoretical development and its main points.
