消除内燃机车惯性故障实用技术的研究与应用

摘要 针对内燃机车产生的某些惯性故障和原始的技术缺陷,深入研究了相关部分的结构原理,剖析了某些惯性故障产生的根本原因和技术缺陷的危害所在,提出并实施了消除惯性故障和弥补技术缺陷的实用技术方案。实践证明,可行的实用对策在内燃机车维修改造中显的尤为重要,破解了消除惯性故障的某些困惑,为机车安全运行创造了良好的技术条件。 For the certain inertial fault and the original technical defects, this paper makes a deep research on the relevant parts of the structure principle, analyzes primary cause of some inertial fault and the dangers of technical defects, and put forward and carried out some practical technical scheme that can eliminate inertia fault and make up for the defects of technology. Some feasible countermeasures break the confusion of elimination inertia fault and create a good technical condition for locomotive safety and normal operation, playing an important role in diesel locomotive repair and transformation with proved practice.
