葡萄胎超声特征的分析与探讨

Analyse and Research on Sonographic Features of hydatidiform mole

目的:分析与探讨病理学确诊的葡萄胎的超声影像特征,旨在提高超声对葡萄胎的诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析46例经阴道超声检查并经病理学确诊的葡萄胎的超声影像特征。结果:经病理学确诊的46例葡萄胎病人,超声诊断其中24例为完全性葡萄胎,18例为部分性葡萄胎,2例误诊为过期流产,2例误诊为不全流产。结论:超声对葡萄胎有较高的诊断价值,但声像图复杂,需结合临床各项指标。

Objective： To analyse and investigate the sonographic features of hydatidiform mole which confirmed by pathology,aim to improve the ultrasonographic diagnostic value of hydatidiform mole.Methods：The ultrasonographic features of 46 cases hydatidiform mole which confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results：In the all 46 cases of hydatidiform mole which confirmed by pathology,there were 24 cases diagnosed as complete hydatidiform mole and 18 case partial hydatidiform mole by ultrasound.There were 2 cases misdiagnosed as missed abortion and 2 case misdiagnosed as incomplete abortion.Conclusion：It is valuable for ultrasound in the diagnosis of hydatidiform mole.The ultrasonographic features of hydatidiform mole are complex,therefore,the biochemistry results need to be considered together.
