摘要
目的:探讨护士绩效考评与绩效分配在我院的实践效果。方法:制定护士绩效评价量化指标,将绩效评价管理与量化管理相结合,对护士工作业绩进行评定,并按绩效量化指标进行奖金分配,比较实施前后病人对护士工作满意度、护理工作质量情况。结果:病人满意度由实施前的91.47%提高到95.10%,前后比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;护理工作质量综合评分由实施前的89.39±3.09分提高至实施后93.91±2.35,前后比较P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。护理投诉明显下降,护理科研较实施前明显提高。结论:护理绩效改革规范了管理岗位,调动了护士的工作积极性与主动性,增强了护士责任心,提高了护理工作质量和病人满意度。
Objective: investigate the practice effect on the performance appraisal and performance allocation to the nurse in our hospital.Methods:formulate quantitative indicators of Performance Evaluation on the nurse.the performance appraisal to the nurse mainly through the combination of the management of Performance Evaluation and quantitative management,and the bonus distribution is based on the performance of quantitative indicators,meanwhile,compare the satisfaction of the patients to the nurses and the nursing quality before and after the implementation of the Performance Evaluation and Quantitative Management.Results:patients' satisfaction increased from 91.47% to 95.1% after the implementation.Compared before and after the implementation,P0.01,the difference has the statistical significance.Composite score on the quality of nursing work increased from(89.39±3.09)to(93.91±2.35)before and after the implementation.Compared before and after the implementation,P0.01,the difference has the statistical significance.Care complaints decreased significantly and nursing research improved significantly after the implementation of the performance appraisal.Conclusion:The reform of performance appraisal on the nursing standardizes managerial position,and motivates the enthusiasm and initiative to the nurse,enhance the responsibility of the nurse as well as improve the nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
