老老年高血压患者颈动脉病变与血压变异关系的临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨老老年高血压患者颈动脉病变与血压变异的关系。方法:将入选的64名老老年原发性高血压患者依据颈动脉超声检查结果分为颈动脉病变组和无颈动脉病变组,行24 h动态血压检查,分析两组间全天24 h收缩压变异、24 h舒张压变异、白昼收缩压变异、白昼舒张压变异、夜间收缩压变异、夜间舒张压变异的差异。结果:颈动脉病变组24 h收缩压变异、24 h舒张压变异、白昼收缩压变异、夜间收缩压变异、夜间舒张压变异明显高于无颈动脉病变组(14.09±2.67 vs 8.88±1.19,12.42±3.08 vs 10.22±2.80,11.71±3.20 vs 8.44±1.80,11.40±10.70 vs 6.82±2.65,10.52±3.50 vs 8.29±2.62;P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:老老年高血压患者的颈动脉病变与血压变异密切相关。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between carotid artery disease and blood pressure variability in old elderly essential hypertensive patients. Methods: A total of 64 essential hypertensive patients (≥80 years old) were divided into two groups with or without carotid artery damage by carotid artery uhrasonography. All patients underwent 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, the rate of 24- hour systolic blood pressure variation, 24- hour diastolic blood pressure variation, daytime systolic blood pressure variation, daytime diastolic blood pressure variation, nocturnal systolic and diastolic blood pressure variations were recorded. The differences of blood pressure variation between these two groups are analyzed. Results: The rate of 24-hour systolic blood pressure variation, 24- hour diastolic blood pressure variation, daytime systolic blood pressure variation, nighttime systolic blood pressure variation, nighttime diastolic blood pressure variation were higher in carotid artery damage than that in non- carotid artery damage( 14. 09 ±2. 67 vs 8. 88 ± 1.19, 12. 42 ± 3.08 vs 10. 22 ± 2. 80,11.71 ± 3.20 vs 8. 44 ± 1.80,11.40 ± 10. 70 vs 6. 82 ±2. 65,10. 52 ±3.50 vs 8.29 ±2. 62;P 〈0. 01 或P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: The carotid artery damage iscorrelated with blood pressure variability in old patients with essential hypertension.
