青鹏软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

Investigation of the clinical efficacy of Qingpeng Ointment on facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis

目的:观察青鹏软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效。方法:将87例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组45例,予青鹏软膏递减替代丁酸氢化可的松乳膏法治疗;对照组42例,予氟芬那酸丁酯软膏外用,均连续使用4周。结果:治疗组有效率为77.78%,对照组有效率为50.00%,两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青鹏软膏替代丁酸氢化可的松乳膏递减法在处理面部激素依赖性皮炎方面疗效明确,可作为一种很好的激素替代药以顺利戒断激素,又可以降低皮肤敏感性,促进皮肤屏障功能的恢复。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingpeng Ointment on facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis. Methods： 87 patients were randomly divided to two groups. The control group （n = 42 ） was treated with Buty Flufenzmatum Ointment, whereas the treatment group （n = 45） was treated with Qingpeng Ointment with descending dose to replace Butyro-hydrocortisone Cream. The treatment duration was 4 weeks. Results： The effective rate in treatment group was significant higher than that of control group （77.78% v 50. 00%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The therapeutic efficacy of Qingpeng Ointment with descending dose in facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis was effective. Present study suggested that Qingpeng Ointment, which not only alleviated the sensitivity of skin, but also accelerated the restoration of barrier function of skin, was a promising candidate with clinical benefit in the replacement and withdrawal of corticosteroid.
