关节软骨缺损的手术治疗 被引量：3

摘要 关节软骨缺损是骨科的关注重点,有症状的全层软骨或骨软骨缺损对骨科医生是一个具有挑战性的问题。微骨折和细胞疗法等给治疗关节软骨缺损带来了成功的希望;钻孔是青少年剥脱性骨软骨炎(OCD)最常用的手术治疗方法;马赛克技术可以修复关节透明软骨缺损,并表现出优良的耐久性;自体软骨细胞移植(ACI)已成为一个潜在的软骨损伤的治疗方案,旨在受损的关节面创造出一个透明状组织。但是这些方法的长期耐久性值得关注。现就关节软骨损伤修复常用的手术方法作一综述。
