摘要
设计并搭建了一台带A,C双旋转工作台的微型五轴数控铣床。采用"PC+可编程运动控制器"结构的开放式数控系统硬件体系结构,开发了五轴联动的铣床控制系统,实现对微型铣床的运动控制。在VERICUT软件中建立铣床仿真系统,并进行仿真加工;仿真正确后再到铣床平台上进行实例加工。将实例加工的零件与仿真加工的结果进行比较可以发现,该铣床已具备五轴联动数控加工的能力。
It introduces a miniature 5 -axis CNC milling machine with AC dual rotary table. With " PC + pro- grammable motion controller" structure of open CNC system hardware architecture, it develops a 5 -axis milling machine control system under VC + + 6.0 environment, achieves the control of the milling machine. It establi- shes the simulation system in VERICUT software and executes simulation machining correctly, and processes the instance workpiece in Ihe milling machine. The experiment result shows that the milling machine has the capacity of processing 5 - axis workpieces.
