摘要 为拓展普通手动三爪、四爪卡盘的夹紧功能,设计了一种用于数控机床上的新型夹紧装置——卡盘动力组合装置。其结构特点是不改变机床原有卡盘的结构,通过增加动力源电机,实现了普通手动卡盘对零件夹紧、松开的自动化功能。 In order to develop the clamp function of traditional manual three or four jaw chuck, it designs a new typ of clamp device with combination of clamp chuck and motive power. The structure feature is to realize the clamp and un - clamp automatically through the electric motor without changing the original structure of chucks.
