摘要
简单介绍了等离子切割工艺和工作流程以及伺服系统定位过程,结合PLC、EM253与伺服驱动连接图以及I/O分配表,分析了软件控制部分的软件流程,给出了关键程序实例,展示了等离子切割机控制系统的模拟实验的结果。通过实验证明控制系统能够实现圆形、圆弧、定长线段等复杂图形的高精度自动切割,误差较小。
It Introduces briefly the plasma cutting process, work flow and servo system positioning process. Com- bining with PLC, EM253 and servo drive connected graph and I/O distribution list, it the software control flow process of the software, proposes the key program example, shows the simulation results of the plasma cutting machine control system. The experiments illustrates that the control system can realize circle, circle or long term period of the complex graphic high precision automatic cutting, small errors.
