摘要 通过分析对比当代大型民用飞机典型作动系统的组成、工作原理和相关技术的优缺点,结合实际工作经验和相关工程参数,探讨了目前可用于新一代单通道民用运输机飞控作动系统的功率电传技术和分布式控制技术的应用前景。在此基础上,提出了一种有发展前景的基于电传技术的新型作动系统架构,通过对该新型作动系统在提升安全性、系统减重和提高通用扩展性方面的分析,认为在单通道民用运输机上采用该新型作动系统具有一定的技术优势。该新型作动系统的架构设计具有实际的工程应用价值。 Aiming at unstable feed rate and load of the large lead power machine and the gears breakdown in de- celeration gear box, it applies the genetic algorithm to establish optimization design model for the large lead pow- er machine gear box. Based on its number of teeth, modulus and other parameters of the optimization calcula- tion, it obtains a better solution to design large lead power machine gear box. The production also verifies that the design method is advanced and practical.
