摘要
文章从现有义工在长期实践中总结出的一些不足的情况入手,分析现有义工模式在实行中的问题以及产生的原因,同时结合浙江越秀外国语学院的义工实践,就服务理念、培养目标、培养方式、管理制度、评价体系以及如何有效地发挥义工的积极性和义工的特长等进行了探讨。
This article sums up some shortcomings of the situation from the volunteers longterm practice, makes an analysis of existing problems and the causes in the implementatlqn of the volunteer mode. Combined with volunteer practice of Yuexiu Foreign Langnage College, the paper discusses the service concept, training target, training model, management system, and evaluation system. How to effectively bring volunteer~ enthusiasm and spec^ty to life are also discussed in this paper.
