论高校大学生团体心理咨询方法的特点

On the Characteristics of Group Psychological Counseling Method to College Students

团体咨询作为一种咨询方法于1991年引进我国高校,应用于大学生心理健康咨询。目前,在我国高校心理健康教育工作人员短缺、经验不足、心理问题逐年上升的情况下,引进与应用团体心理咨询方法,是非常必要的、可行的、有意义的。在应用团体心理咨询方法过程中,对团体心理咨询方法的特点研究,有助于更好地应用团体心理咨询方法。

Group counseling,as a counseling method,was introduced into colleges and universities of China in 1991,which has been applied to the college students＇ mental health counseling up till now.At present,because our colleges are short of psychological health education staff,lack of experience,it is very necessary,feasible,and meaningful to put group psychological counseling methods into practice with more and more problems rising.During the process of the application of group psychology consultation,the paper emphasizes the research to the characteristics of group psychological counseling methods,which will contribute to a better application of group psychology consultation method.
