校企合作办学过程中的几个问题的思考

Reflections on School-enterprise Cooperation in the Course of Managing Schools

校企合作是学校与企业在资源、技术、师资培养、实践教学、毕业指导、科研活动等方面的合作,利用学校与企业不同的教育资源和教育环境,培养能适应市场经济发展、适合企业需要的应用型人才为目的的教育模式。但由于高等学校和企业之间的目标差异,校企合作的过程中往往会碰到一些具体的问题,双方只有坚持以学生为本,坚持教育规律,创新教学模式,确保教学质量,充分沟通,增进理解,最终实现学校与企业的双赢。

Cooperation between school and enterprise is a kind of cooperation manifested in resource,technology,teacher training,practice teaching,graduation guidance,and research activities.By cooperation,different educational resources and environment of school and enterprise will be used to train applied talents to adapt to market economic development.Because of the goal differences between the schools and enterprise,the process of school-enterprise cooperation will often meet some specific problems.Only when the two parties adhere to the student-oriented method,the laws of education,innovative teaching mode,to ensuring the teaching quality,full communication,enhancing mutual understanding,can we ultimately realize the win-win of school and enterprise.
