摘要
幼师职前培养中专业理论课教学中主要存在以下问题:教学中"讲解—接受"单模式的使用;理论知识与实践的脱节;探索与合作的学习方式的缺乏。经分析提出解决策略:强化专业理论课;建立新型师生关系;引入案例教学;利用多媒体丰富教学手段;改革教学评价方式。
Pre-service training to the preschool teachers in professional course teaching mainly has the following problems: the use of single mode of "explain-accept" teaching;the separation of theory and practice;lack of exploration and cooperative learning.Through the analysis,the paper proposes the following solutions: to strengthen professional theory course;to establish a new relationship between teachers and students;to introduce case teaching;to make use of multimedia to enrich teaching means;to reform teaching evaluation.
