趋化因子受体CXCR1、CXCR2与肿瘤研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 趋化因子受体是由7个跨膜区组成的G蛋白偶联受体,多个系统的肿瘤细胞均表达趋化因子受体,其在肿瘤的发生、发展和转移等各个阶段都发挥重要作用。近年来有不少研究发现趋化因子受体中的CXCR1和CXCR2与肿瘤关系密切,认为其可能成为肿瘤治疗的一个潜在新靶点。本文就CXCR1和CXCR2这两种趋化因子受体与肿瘤的关系做一综述。 Chemokine Receptors, a group of seven-transmembrane proteins related to G-protein-coupled receptors, are expressed in tumor cells of various tissue origin. They play an important role in tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis. Recently, a lot of studies suggest that chemokine receptors CXCR1/2 have close correlation with tumor and may become a potential new target of tumor treatment. The aim of this article is to review recent development of the relationship between tumor and CXCR1/2.
