综合护理干预对冠心病患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响

The Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Curative Effect of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响;方法:将我院2011年1月至2011年5月收治的82例冠心病患者随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各41例,对照组患者给予常规护理,而试验组患者则在此基础上,实施综合护理干预,观察两组患者治疗依从性、对护理工作的满意度、住院时间和费用、患者主要照顾者关于冠心病二级预防知识掌握情况的差异。结果:试验组患者治疗依从性较对照组显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对护理工作的满意度较对照组显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的主要照顾者对冠心病二级预防知识掌握率较对照组显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者住院时间和费用较对照组有所降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对试验组实施整体护理干预后,能有效的提高患者治疗依从性,增加对护理工作的满意度,提高患者的主要照顾者对冠心病二级预防知识掌握率,降低了患者的住院时间及住院费用。

Objective： To study the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance and curative effect of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： 82 patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2011 were divided into test group and control group, each group with 41 patients. Patients in control group received routine nursing, while patients in the test group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Such terms were observed as treatment compliance, satisfaction to the nursing work, hospitalization time and cost, second level prevention knowledge of caregivers of patients with coronary heart disease. Results： The test group had a significantly higher rate than control group in treatment compliance, satisfaction to the nursing work and second level prevention knowledge of caregivers of patients with coronary heart disease（P〈0.05）. And the test group also had shorter hospitalization time and less cost than control group, and the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention could improve treatment compliance, increase patients＇ satisfaction to the nursing work and caregivers＇ second level prevention knowledge about coronary heart disease, and decrease the hospitalization time and cost of patients.
