干扰素诱导蛋白16与肺癌 被引量：1

Interferon-inducible protein 16 and lung carcinoma

摘要 干扰素诱导蛋白16（interferon-inducible protein 16，IFI16）是干扰素诱导的HIN-200家族的一员。近年来的研究发现IFI16与多种细胞活动相关，包括炎症反应、免疫反应、细胞周期调节，细胞生长，细胞增殖，细胞凋亡等。与p53、NF-κB、AP-1等多种重要的分子存在相互作用，在肿瘤的发生发展过程中也发现了IFI16的作用。同时与肺癌的发生发展过程也存在密切关系。现结合IFI16的既往相关研究作一综述：
